The official presentation of a world novelty – FIDAice skating surfaces was given on Friday, 4 December 2009, at 1 o’clock p.m. at Gospodarsko razstavišče Ljubljana. On the public presentation, which 150 reporters from all over Slovenia were invited to, you could see FIDAice skating surfaces with your own eyes and also try them. Our ambassadors kept us company on the presentation, and also Boštjan Nahbar called us from Turkey. Besides FIDAice skating surfaces, FIDA skis and balls were presented and all the new things planned for the following year were introduced.
